In their thorough preparations for their careers in Plastic Surgery, Drs. Aldea and Eby were educated and received their training (college, graduate school, medical school, internships, residencies and fellowships) in some of the most competitive and well-known academic centers in this country (Columbia, Georgetown, Stanford, Duke and Harvard universities among others). This was supplemented by traveling nationally and internationally, working closely with and learning from some of the finest plastic surgeons in the world.
Drs. Aldea and Eby’s practice has grown rapidly by remaining on the leading edge of advances in Plastic Surgery and being able to offer such innovations to the Memphis and the Mid-South community. They have become very popular by fostering and pursuing a strong work ethic emphasizing total dedication to and intimacy between their patients and the surgeons, discretion and privacy, flexibility in scheduling and highly individualized care for their patients.
